This is the first bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 247/15, registered at Police Station Thana Ratanpur District Bilaspur (C.G.), for the offence punishable under Section 302 of I.P.C. 2.

After hearing learned counsel appearing for the

parties and taking into consideration the nature and gravity of offence; material available in the case diary and considering that on 31/10/2015 applicant is said to have committed murder of his wife, this Court is not inclined to release the applicant on regular bail.

Accordingly, bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. is rejected. However, trial Court is directed to expedite the trial.
