1. This is an application filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 189/2017 registered at Police Station Mahasamund, District Mahasamund, Chhattisgarh for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 342, 376, 506 of I.P.C. and Section 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

2. Counsel for the applicant prays for withdrawal of the bail application with a liberty to revive the same after the prosecutrix and material witnesses are examined before the Court.
