At the very outset, learned counsel appearing for both the parties would submit that pursuant to the notification dated 31-10-2018 the Nehru Yuva Kendra Sangathan has since been notified under Section 14 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985, thus, the cause of action is now cognizable by the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT). 2.

In view of the statement made, the record of the writ petition is transferred to the CAT, Jabalpur, forthwith. Xerox copy of the entire record be retained by the Registry.
