1. Petition is pending before this Court since 2008, whereby the recruitment process for the post of Principal, Higher Secondary School was under challenge.
2. A similar petition, which also arose on the same set of facts was WPS No. 4839/2008. It is learnt that the said writ petition has been dismissed by this Court vide order dated 30.01.2017.
3. In the light of the dismissal of the said writ petition and by efflux of time this Court is of the opinion that the present writ petition has also become infructuous and the writ petition thus stands dismissed as having become infructuous.
