This petition has been filed praying for modification/correction on the maintenance amount that has been ordered by this Court in Cr.R. No.1110 of 2017, vide order dated 15.11.2019. 2.

It is submitted that this Court had been pleased to allow the revision petition of the petitioner No.2 for enhancement of maintenance. The order was dictated on Board and the maintenance of Rs.2,500/- was ordered to be paid to the

Page No.2 applicant No.2 by the respondent, until the applicant No.2 attains majority.

It is submitted that because of typographical error amount of the maintenance has been written as Rs.200/- - Rs. 500/-, which is incorrect, therefore, it is prayed that correction be made accordingly.

Counsel for the respondent submits that he has no objection if the correction is made.

As there is no opposition to the amount fixed for maintenance for the applicant No.2, therefore, this petition is allowed at motion stage and it is ordered that in last second line of paragraph -8 of the order dated 15.11.2019, passed in Cr.R. No. 1110 of 2017, the words written as 'Rs.200/- - Rs.500/-' shall now be read as Rs.2,500/- hereinafter.

Copy of this order be made part of the order dated 15.11.2019, passed in Cr.R. No.1110 of 2017.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed off.
