1. Counsel for the Appellant submits that the Appellant have been released from jail after completion of his entire jail sentence imposed upon them by the Trial Court.

2. Since, Appellant has been released from jail, therefore, counsel for the Appellant doesn't wants to press this appeal.

3. In view of the above submission, the instant appeal is dismissed as not pressed.
