(1) The accused/applicant has moved this second bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No. 09/2015 registered at Police Station Anti Corruption Bureau, Raipur for the offences punishable under Sections 109,120-B, 409 & 420 of Indian Penal Code and Sections 11, 13(1)(d) and 13(2) of Prevention of Corruption Act.

(2) The applicant's first bail application was dismissed on merits by order of this Court dated 24.08.2015 passed in M.Cr.C. No.3671/2015.

(3) Having heard counsel for the parties, having regard to the facts & circumstances of the case, I do not find any change in circumstances to entertain this second bail application. Thus, the bail application is rejected.
