1. This is the first bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking grant of regular bail to the applicant in connection with Crime No. 20/2015 registered at P.S. Makadi, Distt. Kondagaon (C.G) for the offence punishable under Sections 376(2) (Cha) (Dha) & 506 IPC and Sections 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012,

2. After hearing learned counsel for the parties, I deem it appropriate to direct the trial Court to dispose of the trial expeditiously within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order as six witnesses have already been examined.

3. With the above direction/observation, this bail petition stands disposed of.
