Sam Koshy Order On Board 15.02.2019 The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order dated 06.02.2019 whereby the petitioner has been placed under suspension. While placing the petitioner under suspension, specific reason has been

given as to why he has been placed under suspension. 2.

This Court, at this juncture, is not inclined to entertain the writ petition for the reason that the order of suspension is an appealable order under Rule 23 of the Rules of 1966.

Given the fact that the impugned order of suspension is an appealable order, reserving the right of the petitioner to prefer an appeal before the authority concerned, the present writ petition, in its present form, stands dismissed as not maintainable.

In case, the petitioner prefers an appeal within a period of 40 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order, the appellate authority shall decide the same within a further period of 90 days thereafter in accordance with the rule.
