1. The petitioner is aggrieved by the action of the respondents whereby the increment granted to the petitioner is being withdrawn on the ground that she has not passed B.Ed./D.Ed. qualification.
2. In view of the order passed by this Court in the case of Jayant Kumar Patle Vs. State of Chhattisgarh (WPS No.4271 of 2017 and batch of petitions), the petitioner is allowed to make a representation before the competent authority.
-23. If the petitioner moves appropriate representation, the same shall be considered and decided by the authority within a period of 6 weeks from the date of receipt of the representation along with copy of this order.
4. The petition is accordingly disposed of.
