Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board /0 2 /201 (1) Learned counsel for the State would submit that impugned order is appeallable before the appellate authority under the provisions of Chhattisgarh Panchayat (Appeal and Revision) Rules, 1995. (2) In view of above, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he may be allowed to prefer appeal before the appellate authority and the same may be directed to be decided expeditiously. (3) I have heard learned counsel appearing for the parties.

(4) Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to file appeal before the appellate authority within 10 days from today and, in turn, the appellate authority shall consider and decide the same expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of its receipt after hearing the affected parties.

(5) With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
