2. This is the second bail application. The first bail application was dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to revive the prayer if the occasion so arises on 15-01-2021 in MCRCA No.1615/2020.

3. The applicant has preferred the second bail application for grant of anticipatory bail, as he apprehends his arrest in connection with Crime No.227/2020, registered at Police Station- Baikunthpur, Koriya, District: Koriya (C.G.) for the offence under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. Shri R.K. Gupta, learned counsel for the applicant, seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the bail application.

5. Permission granted.
