1. Learned counsel for the respondents, upon instructions, submits that there will be a Bench of Central Administrative Tribunal functioning and available at Bilaspur from 21st of August, 2017 onwards.

2. In view of the aforesaid statement, this petition is disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to file petition before the Central Administrative Tribunal, Bench at Bilaspur.

3. Before parting with the matter, it has to be observed that in number of cases, the petitions are being filed before this Court in matters relating to jurisdiction of the Central Administrative Tribunal because there is no Regular sitting of the Bench of the Central Administrative Tribunal at Bilaspur.

4. Shri N.K. Vyas, Assistant Solicitor General is present in the Court. He is apprised of the situation and he may inform the concerned authorities ensuring Regular holding of the Benches of the Central Administrative Tribunal at Bilaspur.
