Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 18/02/2016 This petition is directed against order dated 26/12/2015 by which the Tahsildar has refused to issue 22 point information certificate to the petitioner on the ground that the Collector has imposed a ban on sale and purchase of the land vide order dated 19/11/07.
