1. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that later on, after the last date of hearing, review DPC was again held and the petitioner was found fit for promotion and a promotion order in his favour has also been issued on 25th June 2018. Copy of review DPC proceedings and promotion order has been placed on record.

2. In view of the above disclosure, this Court finds that now the order of the Court has been complied with and, therefore, there is no need to keep the matter pending.
