The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is that a wrongfully appointment given to the Respondent No. 6 on the post of Mitain Trainer vide order dated 24.12.2020.

According to the petitioner it is a case where in the process of the checking her Answer Paper for the same question the petitioner for the correct answer has been wrongly granted less marks and for a wrong answer

the Respondent No. 6 has been granted more marks which the petitioner came to know only on obtaining the details under the Right to Information Act. He immediately has made an objection before the Respondent Nos. 2, 4 & 5 but till date, no decision as such has been taken by the authorities concerned. 3.

Given the said facts the State counsel submits that since the objection is pending consideration before the authority in the department the Writ Petition will be disposed of directing the authorities to take the decision on objection in accordance with law.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the writ petition at this juncture on the submissions made by the State counsel stands disposed of directing the Respondent Nos. 2, 4 & 5 to consider & decide the representation of the petitioner in accordance with the rules and regulations governed by the State Government at the earliest preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5.

With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
