Present MCC has been filed seeking restoration of WPS No.4832 of 2007 which got dismissed by peremptory order passed by this court on 13.09.2018.

For the reasons assigned in the application and finding them to be satisfactory, this court is of the opinion that a strong case is made out for restoration.

Accordingly, MCC stands allowed and WPS No. 4832 of 2007 is restored to its original number.
