Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submit that petitioner has made a representation on 01.08.2017 before respondent No. 3 - District Education Officer, Mahasamund, for revocation of his suspension but it has not been considered and decided till date. 2.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

Be that as it may, the competent authority is directed to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation for revocation of his suspension expeditiously preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of

receipt of certified copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
