1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would show to this Court a copy of the order dated 30.7.2015 passed by the Government of Chhattisgarh, Department of Tourism under the approval from Principal Secretary of

the Department. Copy of the said order is retained and made part of record of the writ petition.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that since in the abovesaid order the State Government has decided to release the petitioner's salary from the month of April, 2014 onwards till date, he may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to move representation before the State Government. He would also seek liberty to move afresh before this Court in the event grievance is not redressed.

3. In view of the statement made, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberties aforesaid. It is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberties. In the event the representation is preferred, the State Government shall decide the same at the earliest preferably within a period of one month.
