The instant petition is filed with a limited prayer to direct the respondents to decide the application, which has been filed on 29.6.2018 to increase the stoppage of the Bus in between the route Durg to Bailadila within stipulated time, as the same has not been decided till date.

Mr. Shailendra Bajpayee, learned counsel for Kanker Roadways, would submit that his vehicle is plying on the same route. 4.

Considering the prayer made, it is directed that the respondents shall decide the application of the petitioner within a further period of 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.

It is made clear that while deciding the application, the RTA shall invite objections from the other permit holders who are plying on the same route.
