(2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be permitted to file fresh representation before respondent No.2 i.e. State of Chhattisgarh, Livestock Development Department, Raipur for absorption of his services and direction may be issued to the said authority to decide the same expeditiously.

(3) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

(4) The petitioner is permitted to file fresh representation before respondent No.2 i.e. State of Chhattisgarh Livestock Development Department, Raipur. If such representation is made by the petitioner and, in turn, respondent No.2 shall consider and decide the same on its own merit and in accordance with law expeditiously from the date of receipt of representation of the petitioner.

(5) With the aforesaid observation, the petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
