1. Though the petitioner challenges the order dated 28.7.2015 by which the suspension order has been revoked and he has been posted at a place other than the place wherefrom he was suspended, taking into consideration that the order was passed two years before and the petitioner, in view order impugned, is continuing at the present place of posting, this petition is liable to be dismissed only on the ground of delay and laches.

2. The petition is accordingly dismissed.
