(1) After hearing learned counsel appearing for the applicant and taking into consideration the fact that four prosecution witnesses have already been examined, I deem it appropriate to direct the trial Court to conclude the trial expeditiously. (2) Accordingly, the bail application is disposed of. However, the trial Court is directed to conclude the trial expeditiously preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order as the four witnesses have already been examined.
