2. It appears, the petitioner was allowed some grant by the Central Social Welfare Board, out of which, part has been paid and the balance remains unpaid.
3. The petitioner has moved a representation for releasing the remaining amount, however, no decision has yet been taken on the representation.
4. Let the petitioner move a fresh representation before respondent No.2 for releasing of the remaining part of the grant within a period of 4 weeks from today. On such representation being preferred, respondent No.2 shall decide the representation objectively by a reasoned order, at the earliest, preferably within a period of 10 weeks thereafter.
5. The writ petition is disposed of.
