2. This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.61/2019, registered at Police Station Chandni, District Surajpur (CG) for the offence punishable under Section 302 of the IPC.

3. The applicant has committed murder of his son Awadhesh Sahu. There are three witnesses namely Shiv Prasad Singh, Tejmani Sahu and Kamlesh Sahu, before whom, the applicant has made

MCRC No. 1241 of 2020 extra judicial confession.

4. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of the Court to withdraw this bail application with liberty to move afresh after examination of the above three witnesses.

5. Permission granted.
