1) The petitioner has preferred this revision petition under Section 397 read with 401 of CrPC against the order dated 11.12.2019 passed by the learned Special Judge (Atrocities), Raigarh (C.G.) in Sessions Trial No. 56/2019 whereby the charge under Section 376 (2)(k)(n) of IPC has been framed against the petitioner.

2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is acquitted from the Court below. Therefore, at this stage, he wants to withdraw the present petition as having become infructuous.

3) Learned State counsel has no objection to the above prayer.

4) Permission granted.

5) Accordingly, the revision petition is disposed of as withdrawn..
