Hon'ble Shri Justice Goutam Bhaduri Order On Board 13/02/2020 Heard.
1. The instant petition has been filed to grant the compassionate appointment to the petitioner on the ground that the mother of the petitioner has died during the service.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has failed to state under what policy he is claiming the compassionate appointment and only an application (Annexure P-1) dated 23.12.2019 has been filed addressing the Commissioner, Nagar Palika, Rajnandgaon. Thereafter, the petitioner has reached the Court.
3. Prima facie, reading of the facts show that after filing of application without sufficient facts and without waiting for any order, the petitioner had approached the Court.
4. The petition at this stage is pre-mature for want of particular to adjudicate the claim and hence is dismissed.
