The petitioner has approached this Court with limited grievance that appeal filed before the Commission on 19.10.2015 has remained pending. It is submitted that for the present, the direction may be issued to the Commission to decide appeal.

Learned counsel for the Commission does not object the prayer made by the petitioner.

In view of the above, at this stage, this petition is disposed off with a direction to respondent No.4 / Information Commission to decide
