1. Heard.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are entitled for Kramonnati as per circulars dated 19.04.1999,28.04.2008,03.10.2008 and 11.01.2010 after completion of 10years of service. He submits that the issue involved in the present petition has already been considered and decided by this Court in the matter of R.S. Verma Vs. State of

Chhattisgarh and Others (W.PS) No.2805/2002 by judgment and order dated 29.08.2006. He further submits that the petitioners may be granted liberty to make a representation to consider the case of the petitioner in the light of the judgment passed by the Hon'ble Apex Court in the matter of State of Tripura and Others Vs. K.K. Roy (2004SCW/1) and the order passed in R.S. Verma (supra) top which learned counsel for the respondent/State has no objection.

3. Accordingly, the liberty sought for by the petitioners is granted to make a representation before the concerned authority. It is expected from the competent authority subject to verification decide the representation of the petitioners as expeditiously as possible in an objective manner preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
