From the reply filed by the State it is evidently clear that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed in as much as while considering the claim of the petitioners, they have taken note of the circular of the State Govt. dated 03.03.2010, and according to the State counsel except for the petitioner No.1 who has been found eligible, none of the other petitioners have been found ineligible.

Given the facts that the grievance of the petitioners have been redressed by the respondents, the present petition does not survive any further and the same stands dismissed.
