P.U.D. has been received from the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge (F.T.C.), Kabirdham, District Kabirdham praying for extension of time to conclude the trial in Special Sessions Case No. 71 of 2019.

According to the extended time, the trial Court has given time of six months starting from 7.1.2021 to conclude the trial in the case mentioned herein-above.

In previous reference made by the learned Additional Sessions Judge (F.T.C.), Kabirdham, District Kabirdham, by order dated 7.1.2021 in Cr.M.P. No. 4 of 2021, time has already been extended for a further period of six

months, therefore, this request letter which has been repeatedly filed needs no consideration.

Accordingly, this Cr.M.P. is disposed of.
