Learned counsel for the applicant submits that this bail application has been repeated on two grounds, firstly on the ground of long detention of the applicant since 5th October 2016 and secondly that the prosecutrix has been examined and she has clearly admitted regarding affair between the parties and that in the changed circumstances, the family of the applicant and the prosecutrix have decided to solemnize the marriage of the applicant with the prosecutrix.
