Hon'ble Shri P. Sam Koshy, J Order On Board 07/04/2015 The limited grievance of the petitioners raised through the instant petition is that they were the students of Diploma in Primary Education (DPE) and have given examination in the year 2012.

However, the results for the said year of 2012 have till date not been declared for the reasons not known to the petitioners, nor had there been any intimation from the respondents as to why the results are not being declared. 2.

The prayer of the petitioners is that they may be permitted to approach the respondents by moving an appropriate application seeking for declaration of their results within a period of 15 days from today and upon which the respondents/authorities particularly respondent No.2 shall take a decision on the said application preferred by the petitioners preferably within a period of 2 months.

Needless to mention that in case the results of the petitioners can

be intimated as to why the results are not being able to be 4.
