1. The order of challenge is the order of suspension dated 31.12.2020 which is the order by which the petitioner has been placed under suspension.

2. Considering the fact that the order of suspension is an appealable order under the Rules let an appropriate appeal be preferred by the petitioner

against the order of suspension and if the appeal is so may directed the authorities to take an appropriate decision at the earliest in accordance within the time stipulated under the rules.
