Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit petitioner has made representation before the respondent No. 2 - Chief Municipal Officer, Bemetara, for redressal of his grievance but till date it has not been considered and decided by the said authority and, therefore, directions may be issued to respondent No. 2 to consider and decide petitioner's representation.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

Be that as it may, the respondent No. 2 is directed to consider and decide the petitioner's representation for redressal of his grievance expeditiously in accordance with law.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
