Heard on M.C.C., which is an application for restoration of WPHC No.24 of 2015, dismissed for want of prosecution vide order dated 11.02.2016 passed by this Court.

On due consideration, we are satisfied that the applicant succeeded in showing sufficient cause for non-appearance of his counsel on the date when the case was called.

M.C.C. is accordingly allowed and the WP(HC)

No.24/2015, dismissed for want of prosecution on 11.2.2016, is restored to its original number. A copy of this order be placed on record of WP (HC) No.24/2015.
