Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner would submit that against the impugned order of recovery dated 28.12.2017, passed by respondent No. 3 - Divisional Forest Officer (D.D.O.) Surajpur, petitioner has made representation before respondent No. 2 - Chief Conservator of Forest Surguja, District Surguja which is pending consideration since 05.01.2018, that may be directed to be considered and decided expeditiously. 2.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable and is accordingly

allowed.

Be that as it may, the respondent No. 2 - Chief Conservator of Forest Surguja, District Surguja is directed to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation expeditiously preferably within a period of six weeks' from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 5.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
