By this first appeal under Section 96 of the Code of Civil Procedure, the appellant has challenged the impugned judgment and decree dated 09.7.2001 passed by the 2nd Additional District Judge, Mahasamund (CG) in Civil Suit No. 3B/2000.

The case is listed for final hearing in the weekly list commencing from 16.7.2018 to 20.7.2018. The case was called on every day of the week, but none appeared to represent the appellant.

In absence of any representation on behalf of the appellant, this Court has left with no other option but to dismiss the case for want of prosecution. 4.
