The petitioner through the instant writ petition has challenged the order of transfer imposed upon the petitioner whereby the service of the petitioner has been transferred from N.T.P.C. Sipat to Haldia West Bengal.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that he has already moved a representation vide Annexure P/11 dated 21.02.2015 and which is in under consideration before the respondents.

Counsel for the respondents submits that taking into consideration the difficulties faced by the petitioner, his case is in under active consideration before the authorities and appropriate orders would be passed by the authorities very soon.

Considering the submission made by the respondents the instant writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner Annexure P/11 dated 21.02.2015 sympathetically within a period of four weeks. 5.

Meanwhile, till the said representation of the petitioner is decided, the petitioner shall be permitted to perform his duty at the present place of posting.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition stands disposed of.
