1. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking direction for consideration of his rejection on the submission that in the transfer order, the name of the school has been wrongly mentioned.

2. This Court had earlier considered the case of the petitioner but was not inclined to issue any direction mainly because the petitioner slept over the matter for

months together. Reserving liberty to the petitioner to represent the State Government, that petition was disposed off. This clearly shows that this Court was not inclined to come to the aid of the petitioner. Therefore, no direction can be issued. Therefore, the present petition is dismissed.
