1. Though the impugned order has been challenged on the ground that the petitioner has wrongly been declared surplus, I find that against the order passed by the Jila Panchayat, there is an efficacious alternative remedy of filing the appeal under Chhattisgarh Panchayat (Appeal & Revision) Rules, 1995.
-22. Therefore, in the absence of there being any extraordinary reason warranting interference by this Court in the matter like this I am not inclined to entertain the petition.
3. The petition is accordingly dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file appeal.
