This petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the voter list/ member list of various primary cooperative societies on the
ground that many of the cooperative societies, whose the Board of Director was also superseded, have been disqualified. 2.
Upon being enquired as to whether the petitioner has been disqualified either in personal capacity or in representative capacity, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as far as primary society of the petitioner is concerned, it is not disqualified. 3.
The petitioner society does not have locus to challenge disqualification of any other primary society. It is for the concerned society, if so advised, to challenge disqualification to be a voter in the election of Directors of the apex body. No relief can be granted at the instance of the petitioner.

The petition is, therefore, dismissed.
