1. This petition been preferred by the petitioner challenging the order dated 23.04.2016 passed by the Department of Panchayat and Rural Development, Government of Chhattisgarh, by which the benefit of revised pay scale on completion of 8 years service has been denied to her on the ground that she has not obtained the 'No Objection Certificate' from the previous employer.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the issue raised in this petition is squarely covered by order dated 28.11.2017 passed by this Court in WPS No.2530 of 2017 (Mukesh Kumar Patel & Anr. Vs. State of
-2Chhattisgarh and Anr.)
3. Be that as it may, taking into consideration the submissions made, this petition is finally disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to make a representation to the competent authority in the light of the order passed by this Court in the case of Mukesh Kumar Patel (supra).
4. If appropriate representation is moved by the petitioner, the same shall be considered and decided by the authority within a period of 6 weeks from the date of receipt of the representation along with copy of this order, strictly in accordance with the law.
