1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that house of the petitioner has been demolished despite interim order of this Court, therefore, the respondent-Corporation be directed to determine and pay compensation which the petitioner is entitled.

2. On the other hand, learned counsel for the respondents would submit that title has not been established.

3. Be that as it may, the petitioner is granted four weeks time to make representation before the respondent-Corporation along with requisite documents. If such a representation is made, the respondent-Corporation would do well to dispose of the same within a period of six weeks from its receipt along with certified copy of this order by speaking and reasoned order.

4. With the aforesaid aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed of. No cost(s).
