Hon'ble Shri Justice Goutam Bhaduri Order on Board 09.03.2021 Heard

1. The impugned order dated 31.12.2020 (Annexure P-1) is passed by the Nayab Tahsildar, Raigarh. Since the order would be applicable under Section 44 of the Land Revenue Code 1959, the petitioner shall be at liberty to file an appeal within a period of 45 days from today before the concerned Court of SDO. It is further directed that if such appeal is filed within such period it should be considered on its own merits.

2. Registry is directed to return the certified copy of Annexure P-1 after retaining the photocopy of the same.
