This petition is not directed against any particular order.

It is submitted that the petitioners had filed an application under Order 40 Rule 1 of C.P.C. on 10.05.2019 praying for appointment of receiver for disputed property.

Respondents have given appearance and also reply has been filed, even then, without assigning any reason, the learned Court below is giving adjournments in the case frequently. Therefore, it is prayed that specific direction be issued for quick disposal of the application filed by the petitioners.

State counsel appearing for the respondent No.4 makes formal objection.

After perusing the copy of the order sheet filed along with the petition, I am of this view that the application is pending since more than 8 months and the learned concerned Court has to take interest and dispose off the application as early as possible. Therefore, this petition is disposed off and the concerned Court is directed to expedite the proceeding and dispose of the application preferably within a period of one month from the date this order is communicated.

Accordingly, this petition is disposed off.
