(2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that pursuant to the order of this Court dated 07.10.2015 passed in WP(S) No.3606/2015, the petitioner has moved an application for urgent hearing of the appeal before the appellate authority but the same has not been considered and decided by the said authority till this date. (3) In view of above, the appellate authority is directed to take a decision on the pending appeal of the petitioner in accordance with law preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

(4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
