1. The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order (Annexure P/1) dated 20.01.201, whereby the respondent no. 3 had passed the order holding that the two additional increments granted to the petitioner, on having obtained M.S. (General Surgery) degree was wrongly granted to him which was ordered to be recovered.

2. Today, when the matter is called, Counsel for the petitioner produces an order dated 16.04.2014 whereby the Government has cancelled the order of recovery issued against the petitioner.

3. Counsel for the petitioner producing the order dated 16.04.2014 submits that the grievance of the petitioner now stands redressed.
