Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in the recruitment of Radiographer/Darkroom Assistant in the Medical College, Raipur, there were 12 members in the Selection Committee, yet the petitioner who is a Class-III employee has been singled out for constituting a departmental enquiry against him and has also been suspended. He would submit that the respondents are not filing return before this Court, at the same time the departmental enquiry is also not progressing. 2.

Considering the entire facts situation of the case, instead of keeping this petition pending, which is directed against the order of suspension, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the enquiry officer to conclude the pending departmental enquiry against the petitioner at the earliest, preferably within a period of 6 months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. Needless to say, while concluding the departmental enquiry, the respondents shall decide about the period of suspension. JUDGE Nirala
