1. By the impugned order the petitioner has been transferred from the Government Mahamaya College, Ratanpur to Government Mahatma Gandhi Arts and Science College, Kharsiya. Since the petitioner is due

to attain the age of superannuation on 31st July, 2015, this Court has granted interim relief staying the effect and operation of the impugned order.

2. In view of the fact that only a week is remaining in the petitioner's superannuation, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction that the impugned order shall not be acted upon against the petitioner till his retirement. Since the order of transfer has been issued when the petitioner had less than one year to attain the age of superannuation, the impugned order is set aside.
